We have a no return policy, which means all sales are FINAL and Non-refundable after you receive your item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at orders@mypitara.com

Damages and issues
If you have received a damaged product or have a missing item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@mypitara.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an approved return from us will not be accepted.
